Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are delivered using The Courier Guy.
A standard delivery fee of R150 applies to orders under R750.
Orders of R750 or more qualify for free shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
